Founded in June 2007, RedesignMe is the first Web 2.0 initiative focusing entirely on the co-creation of products between companies and their customers. Members of the site do not only comment on their experience with everyday products, but are actively proposing better designs. By doing this they assist R&D teams all over the world in making important design decisions. A truly unique concept.
RedesignMe.com was founded by people with a strong background in product design and product development. Therefor we know the culprits of designing for experience and shaped RedesignMe to the needs of end-users and product developers.
Crowdsourcing Product Design
With RedesignMe.com we are building an online community of creative product users. People share their product experiences with eachother and, more important, let their internal product designer loose.
A lot of companies don’t know it but there is massive creative potential available right at the other side of your value chain: your customer! This creative potential only has to be triggered in the rightway. This is called Crowdsourcing and RedesignMe.com supplies the tools for you to do so.
Qualitative market research
RedesignMe.com is the next generation tool for qualitative market research. Companies seeking alternatives to focus group research and other qualitative methods will be surprised by the power of Web 2.0. In their own homes or environments, people can try out real products, then share their experiences and give creative feedback online. But also for feedback on unreleased products RedesignMe is a quick and easy data collection tool.
Because we are teaming up with large social networks (Hyves, Netlog, Facebook) we can actively trigger certain target groups with your product questions. You will be able to continue the development process with confidence and the right ansers.
