Our services

Idea-generation & feedback
RedesignMe delivers an online product feedback and co-creation mechanism called an RDM Challenge. Basically this is your own company branded page on RedesignMe.com where you present your product or product concept. The presentation includes a clear question or challenge in which you inspire your target audience to generate feedback & ideas.

Incentives
When your RDM Challenge is live, the entire RedesignMe community (called Redesigners) can respond. Additionally you can invite your own customer database to participate. Redesigners can earn points (called RDMs) by participating and creating ideas for you. Later, they can redeem these points for products in the RDM Shop. You can also “sell” your own products there. Only the best ideas and designs get RDMs. The best ideas surface by a voting mechanism. Top-rated ideas are then rated by our product design specialists who make the final decission of giving RDMs or not.

Process
The proces starts with one of our challenge managers visiting your company. Together with you, your product manager,or R&D team, he/she will discuss the product and the questions you want to ask the community. Back in the office, the challenge manager will set up your RDM Challenge and put it onlne. We will then trigger the community by sending everybody a message and we will moderate all responses.

Deliverables
An RDM Challenges ends when all RDMs are given to redesigners. The period can vary according to the start value and the popularity of the challenge. When the challenge ends we write a final report summing up all results. This report is presented to you and your team.

Packages
Our services are bundled in packages. This way you can choose our services to fit your needs and budget. Our larger packages also include live focus groups and experts panels combined with the online RDM Challenge.

Private challenges
It is possible that you only want a selected group of people to participate in your challenge, not visible to the rest of the world. This is called a private RDM Challenge and this is possibile for every challenge variant. Your company will get a secure area where the challenge takes places.
