This new machine is for sale in the Netherlands. I like the looks very much, but my first close impression of it made me laugh instantly!They put a sticker on the machine which says that you first have to flush the machine everytime you want to have good warm coffee, the sticker explains what you have to do... it looks like they noticed this failure at the last moment! Also the handle to remove the pads is way too heavy. Old people and children have serious difficulties opening the machine.Because some people don't know where they have to put the coffeecup ,they have a little paper included... the first time you can put this on the platform so you can deside the position of your coffeecup. When you got used to the position you don't need the paper anymore: my question is : why didn't they make this more logical so that people don't have to use the paper in the first place! it looks to me like there hasn't been any user research or pilot test!
