anonymous August 23, 2008, 11:15 pm "It is on purpose to increase the speed and therefore the efficiency/speed of the buying process... Well, if we want everything to be cheap they have to think how to safe costs (staff). It is us who decide...."

Richard August 24, 2008, 12:30 pm "I'm not sure. The first part of the belt (where you take the stuff out of your basket) is much much longer than at most other supermarkets. If they just take some space off there and put it at the other side, they would be good. I agree about the speed up process, but unfortately 9 out of 10 people are not that fast and they leave the employee waiting..... not very efficient!"

Hansfanz September 2, 2008, 11:23 pm "Of course it is on purpose, when you have low staff costs people are waiting longer, and when you already can put you stuff on the belt, you think you are already there. After the payment you have to leave a.s.a.p. because the dont want to bring you the service of packing your stuff. This because other people have to wait."
