We have more mobile accounts than people in the Netherlands. So many have 2 phones, and 2 accounts. Why not have 2 accounts in one phone. Quick switching of the antenna, should even make it possible to use the same hardware to connect to 2 networks alternating. And we even get rid of hardwarelocks. No-one is going to tie you into 2 different subscriptions!
