Check in Clock

by: Unknown

This machine is used in a big automotive company. The employees need to check in with their cards in the morning. Especially new employees need a lot of time to learn the machine. This results in a very long line of annoyed people. There's a big paper with instructions hanging permanently above the system.

Or simple rfid id badge that would automatically track comings and goings through monitored areas.

The plasic number pad looks fragile. replace it with proper keys.

Biometrics would be better though as you can't lend your inger to a collegue to log you in.. :)

There are already better alternatives out there, the problem is the budget that the company wants to spend on this system.
