For Redesigners

By participating in co-creation Challenges you confirm that:

1) You are the original creator of the idea, concept or design (now called: the work), and the visual aids uploaded by you.
You guarantee you did everything in your power to make sure you are the original creator.

2) You fully transfer all transferable rights of the work to the Challenge owner.

3) For all non-transferable rights, an unlimited license is provided by you to the Challenge owner.

4) You agree that by submitting your work to RedesignMe.com, the Challenge owner can use this idea in any way they want, for example to make a product out of it, even if they did not reward your for it with RDMs.

5) RedesignMe reserves the right to use your content, in its original or edited form, for promotional activities.

6) You have an obligation to indemnify: You have to hold RedesignMe and the Challenge owner from and against any third party claims, arising out of any of the content you have submitted to RedesignMe.com.

7) We reserve the right to refuse participation to any participant at any time, and to withdraw content and/or to terminate the services provided.

8) You are not allowed to advertise your own products or services when participating in Challenges. However, you can do that on your profile page.

9) Any form of spam, discrimination, swearing, etc. will be removed from the site. Your account will be closed if you perform any of these things.

10) RedesignMe.com is provided “as is” with no warranties whatsoever. Also products bought in the RDM shop come without warranty.

11) You can not derive any rights from the possibility of not being able to connect to RedesignMe.com as this is beyond the direct control of RedesignMe.

12) Terms and conditions may change without notice.

For companies

By submitting a Challenge you confirm that:

1) RedesignMe reserves the right to use your content, in its original or edited form, for promotional activities.

2) You are a member of the company that is depicted as Challenge Owner.

3) You are allowed to disclose the information you disclose in your Challenge.

4) You have an obligation to indemnify: You have to hold RedesignMe and applicable third parties harmless from and against any third party claims, arising out of any of the content you have submitted to, or received through RedesignMe.com.

5) We reserve the right to refuse participation to any participant at any time, and to withdraw content and/or to terminate the services provided.
