In the products overview click 'Add product'.
Fill in the form and click 'Submit'.
How to earn RDMs:

In the products overview click the 'RDM Challenges' tab and choose a challenge.
Carefully read the challenge description and click 'Add redesign'.

Upload your sketches, models or moodboard and submit the form
Wait until your redesign is reviewed to get RDMs.
